OET Sample Tests App, a product of Devxpert Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), offers the OET Sample Tests mobile application (referred to as the “Service”).
This document informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you utilize our Service and the choices associated with that data.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in line with this policy.
Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, available below.

  • Service: The OET Sample Tests mobile application operated by Devxpert Inc.

We use OpenAI to process the prompts you submit in the app. These prompts are shared with OpenAI to provide you with responses and improve your experience. No personally identifiable information is included unless you explicitly add it to your input.

Our legal basis for collecting and using your Personal Data depends on the specific context in which we collect it:
