IELTS Practice Tests App, a product of Devxpert (“we”, “us”, or “our”), offers the IELTS Sample Tests
mobile application (referred to as the “Service”).
This document informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal
data when you utilize our Service and the choices associated with that data.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in line with this policy.
Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, available
below.

Service: The IELTS Sample Tests mobile application operated by Devxpert.

and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
Usage Data: Data collected automatically, generated by the use of the Service or from the Service
infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

RevenueCat, and OpenAI API, to process your data more effectively.

We use OpenAI to process the prompts you submit in the app. These prompts are shared with OpenAI to provide you with responses and improve your experience. No personally identifiable information is included unless you explicitly add it to your input.

which we collect it:

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally
identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.

the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy
